Personally, I think people who are watching their carbs need to be able to have desserts every now and then. And why not with this? Very Low Carbs and Calories, No Sugar added (we use monk fruit) and the topping selection is endless with this slightly sweetened crust.
Although, my favorite is whipping up some cream cheese with a hint of sweetener of your choice for the base and topping with some fresh berries and serving with a dollop of whipped cream.
